Temporary Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Lab Test Technician to perform laboratory and product testing in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on laboratory or testing experience and be comfortable operating testing equipment, documenting results, and following established testing procedures. Responsibilities Perform laboratory and product testing according to established procedures. Set up, operate, and monitor laboratory testing equipment. Collect, measure, and document test samples and results accurately. Inspect products and materials for quality, performance, and defects. Record test data and maintain accurate testing documentation. Identify and report abnormal test results or equipment issues. Maintain laboratory equipment and keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all company safety procedures and testing protocols. Work closely with engineers, quality personnel, and other team members. Perform additional testing-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 2-3 years of previous Lab Test Technician, Laboratory Technician, Testing Technician, Quality Technician, or closely related experience

REQUIRED.

Must have hands-on experience performing laboratory or product testing. Experience operating laboratory or testing equipment. Ability to accurately record and document test results. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures. Basic computer skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or laboratory education is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to handle laboratory samples, tools, and testing equipment. Ability to wear required PPE and follow all laboratory and workplace safety requirements. Ready to Apply? Apply today!
