Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. Duties Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and coordinate measuring machines, to assess product dimensions and tolerances. Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance, documenting findings accurately. Implement and maintain quality control procedures in accordance with HACCP guidelines and FDA regulations. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes. Assist in the development and revision of quality assurance policies and procedures to enhance product integrity. Experience Proven experience in quality inspection or assurance roles within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Familiarity with HACCP and FDA regulations is highly desirable. Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
