Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our dynamic optical laboratory team. The Laboratory Technician supports daily lab operations by running equipment, conducting standard tests for product development, and ensuring safety compliance. This role requires chemical handling experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel for accurate data management and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Lab Operations:

Run, upkeep, and calibrate laboratory and application equipment.

Testing:

Conduct standard lab tests to support new product introductions and customer samples.

Data Management:

Compile and share test data accurately using Excel to collaborate with engineering teams.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all lab equipment is calibrated and safety-checked according to strict regulations.

MUST HAVE

Bachelors in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science 2+ years of demonstrated laboratory or workshop experience 1+ years of hands-on experience handling chemicals, mixing, and dispensing equipment Experience working safely with toxic chemicals Experience running, upkeeping, and calibrating laboratory equipment Physically able to stand for the majority of the workday

Shift Timing:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekly schedule: M-F CH1

Pay:
