Overview Element Eagan is looking for a Laboratory Assistant that will support the microbiology, viral, and chemistry teams. This includes, making media, sterilizing glassware, and general supportive tasks in an

ISO / GLP

compliant laboratory setting. Responsibilities Handles day to day repeatable needs of the lab to ensure efficient and clean operation

Log in of received samples into the computer system, cleans workspaces, washes / sterilizes glassware and lab equipment for reuse

Handles waste removal

Prepares reagents, orders supplies, and conducts media preparation Skills / Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent

0-2 Years lab experience

Good time management and prioritization

Basic reading, writing, and math skills

Strong attention to detail

Good interpersonal skills

Ability to plan daily work and arrange activities to meet deadlines

Follows instructions, both written and verbal

Ability to work in a team environment
