Madelia, MN Be a Vital Part of Exceptional Patient Care Madelia Health is seeking a dependable and compassionate Laboratory Assistant to support our laboratory team through phlebotomy, specimen processing, waived testing, and essential clerical duties. This role is critical to ensuring accurate testing, timely results, and a positive patient experience. Position Summary The Laboratory Assistant performs phlebotomy, specimen collection and processing, waived testing, and assists with laboratory clerical functions. This role works closely with laboratory staff and clinical teams to support safe, efficient, and patient-centered diagnostic services.
