Job Description
Our client, a leader in the advanced materials and transportation industry, is seeking a LAB Technician III to join their team. As a LAB Technician III, you will be part of the Surface Treatment & Priming Operations supporting product development, quality control, and customer support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to teamwork and safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

- What's the Job?
- + Set up, operate, and maintain etch and anodize process lines according to established procedures and industry standards + Monitor and control chemical bath parameters including concentration, temperature, pH, and immersion times to ensure process consistency and quality + Prepare and handle chemical solutions used in surface treatment processes, adhering to all safety and environmental protocols + Inspect and evaluate treated surfaces for quality and conformance to specifications + Set up and operate primer spray booth equipment, applying coatings to substrates as per defined procedures and specifications •What's Needed?
- + Experience with surface treatment processes such as etching and anodizing is preferred + Strong understanding of chemical handling and safety protocols + Ability to operate spray booth equipment and monitor environmental conditions + Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
