Job Title:
Medical Laboratory Tech (MLT)/MT - Night Shift We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Laboratory Tech (MLT)/MT to join our team for the night shift. As an MLT/MT, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.
Responsibilities:
Collect blood samples from patients and prepare them for testing Perform pretesting procedures such as sample preparation and quality control checks Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results to provide accurate and timely information to healthcare providers Perform post testing procedures such as data analysis and reporting Maintain accurate records of all laboratory procedures and results Adhere to all laboratory policies and procedures to ensure quality control and safety Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other laboratory staff If you are a dedicated and skilled MLT looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position. Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field Certification as an MLT by a recognized accrediting agency Strong understanding of laboratory policies and procedures Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work night shift hours
