Family Medicine Opportunity Mississippi Delta $250K Guaranteed Base $75K Loan Repayment $25K Sign-On Outpatient Focus Join a dedicated medical team in the heart of the Mississippi Delta, where your skills are highly valued and your earning potential is strong. This Family Medicine opportunity offers a balanced schedule, procedural variety, and consistent referral volume from surrounding hospitals-all within a patient-first, autonomy-driven environment. Practice Overview Join a 49-bed general acute care hospital with recently renovated patient and provider spaces Work alongside a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers Manage a broad range of primary care cases with strong referral support from neighboring hospitals Practice in a setting designed for efficiency, workflow support, and physician comfort Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM One half-day off each week Rotating Saturday call with low frequency and minimal disruption Built-in flexibility to support true work-life balance Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary of $250,000 for two years $25,000 sign-on bonus plus additional call pay $75,000 in student loan repayment 40 days of annual leave (vacation + CME combined) Comprehensive full benefits package Community & Location Highlights Located in Indianola, Mississippi , this community offers a relaxed pace of life and strong local connection.
