Milkco is seeking a 3rd Shift Laboratory Technician to work in our Quality Control Department. The Lab Technician is responsible for quality & safety testing of all products during and after production, as well as maintaining lab equipment to the highest standards. They must be able to follow precise laboratory practices and procedures while working independently. This position is full-time, 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous laboratory experience Biology, Microbiology, or Chemistry background Minimum 1+ year professional experience or advanced college level coursework Food or beverage quality control experience preferred Milkco, Inc. is a Fluid Milk Plant. Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
