Working under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager or Director, you will perform both routine and specialized testing while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent from an accredited program Completion of a NAACLS-accredited MLT program Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) Current state licensure, if applicable
Preferred:
One year of clinical laboratory experience in a hospital or outpatient lab Familiarity with CLIA regulations and CAP accreditation standards
