Serology Technician Req #880 Hamilton Township, NJ, USA Apply Share Job Description Posted Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 12:00
AM Essential Functions:
Perform manual Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and automated ELISA tests using DSX Automated Processor on patient serum samples. Perform Western Blot tests using BeeBlot Machine. Perform simple preventive maintenance of DSX, Automated Washer, Absorbance Detector and Beeblot Machine in accordance with standard protocol (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually). Assist in resolving discrepancies, troubleshooting results, and inventory. Assist in the interpretation of results of ELISA and Western Blot tests. Perform and process serum separation if needed. Make In-house ELISA plates
Additional Responsibilities:
Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned. Assures activities are conducted in a safe manner and materials are handled according to safety guidelines. Assures customer privacy is maintained at all times. Participates as a team member and is accountable for own work responsibilities. Assures information is delivered in a manner that is supportive, timely and understandable. Initiative is demonstrated to proactively diagnose and resolve problems. Productive work habits are consistently displayed. Accuracy and quality are maintained for all activities.
Job Qualifications :
General K nowledge, S kills, and A bilities (KSA's) required 9 month Clinical Laboratory Serology Technician training
Education and Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science field
