Job Description
Atlantic Health is searching for a dependable Mobility Technician at Morristown Medical Center's Cardiac Unit on Gagnon A. The ideal candidate will coordinate and implement early patient mobilization to prevent comorbidities and improve patient outcomes, be an expert resource on the effects of immobility and the benefits of early mobility, provide training and mentoring to staff on mobility as needed, perform daily mobility interventions on patients who qualify for mobility protocol, work with primary RN to develop mobility goals for each patient to provide safe and patient specific mobility, and ensure fall precautions are in place.
