When you join our team, you'll be part of a welcoming and supportive community that offers: ✅ Regular team check-ins ✅ A private team platform for connection and resources ✅ Company-wide retreats ✅ Competitive pay ranging from $25- 45 per hour (DOE) ✅ The flexibility to set your own schedule Your Role & Responsibilities As a Newborn Care Specialist and/or Postpartum Doula, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of newborns while empowering parents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Infant feeding- Assisting with breast and bottle feeding to ensure proper nourishment Bottle & pump part sanitation
- Cleaning, sterilizing, and preparing feeding equipment Diapering & basic infant care
- Keeping infants comfortable and well-cared for Sleep support
- Establishing and maintaining healthy sleep routines Soothing & comfort
- Helping babies settle back to sleep as needed Tracking schedules & routines
- Logging feedings, diaper changes, and sleep patterns Nursery upkeep
- Keeping baby's space tidy and organized Parent education
- Offering guidance on newborn care best practices Qualifications & Requirements The ideal candidate will have: ✔ Completion of a Newborn Care Specialist or Postpartum Doula Training (or be an RN with newborn-specific experience) ✔ Residency or accommodations in New Jersey or willing to commute to New Jersey.
