Symrise - always inspiring more… Your role Supports Flavorist in day-to-day tasks to ensure timely completion of flavor development projects. Assists with formulation and sample preparation for moderately complex customer requests under guidance. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the flavor laboratory. Monitors and manages inventory of raw materials, solvents, and laboratory supplies. Develops an understanding of the customer base and gains awareness of active projects and shifting priorities. Applies basic knowledge of flavor regulatory and legal compliance to support flavor development and customer requests. Compounds flavor samples for the applications team as needed for internal testing or customer evaluation. Collaborates with cross-functional departments including Regulatory, QC, Production, Sensory, Shipping, and Marketing. Communicates effectively and takes direction from senior Flavorists, especially those based in the Teterboro facility. Supports portfolio management activities within the beverage category when necessary. ________________________________________
