Lab Technician Job DescriptionJob Description Description Perform chemical, physical, and instrumental testing on raw materials, in-process, finished, and customer product samples, including volumetric and gravimetric analyses, pH measurement, FTIR, SPG, RI, and other instrumental techniques.

Conduct functional testing such as IACS and thermal conductivity as needed.

Follow written analytical procedures, validate established methods, and troubleshoot testing procedures to ensure product quality.

Collect, enter, review, and validate data in WinLIMS or similar data management systems; perform calculations and submit results to QC Supervisor/Manager for approval.

Communicate sample status and results effectively to Quality, Production, and R D teams.

Maintain accurate laboratory documentation including SOPs, test methods, protocols, deviations, batch records, and COAs.

Handle hazardous materials safely, maintain proper storage and disposal, and follow all site safety and chemical hygiene protocols.
