Role:

Jetty Extracts is looking for a Night Shift Floater to support our team at our Production Facility in Albany, NY. The ideal candidate for a Night Shift Floater role in the cannabis industry will have hands-on laboratory experience, preferably in cannabis willing to work long hours. Attention to detail, knowledge of quality control and ability to adhere to SOPs are all crucial. Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a passion for the cannabis industry are also important for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of lab processes and packaging, which can include but are not limited to various aspects of: Packaging, Washing, Filling, Pressing Formulating, solventless extraction, hydrocarbon, post-processing, winterization, filtration, rotary evaporation, and distillation Maintain freeze dryers Cleaning and preventive maintenance of all equipment, tools, and work areas Escalate any technical issues related to processes or equipment to their Supervisor Maintain safe and efficient production, working with delicate and expensive equipment Maintain accurate records for all production phase steps, using paper and electronic logs, METRC/Biotrack track-and-trace, and Odoo ERP Meet or exceed production goals with few to no errors

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move more than 40 pounds regularly throughout the workday. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Minimum Requirements:

Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. 2+ years of experience in a laboratory or production environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Receptive to feedback and continuous learning. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
