This senior technical asset will manage chemical analysis, testing protocols, and process solution monitoring to support critical metal finishing lines.
salary:
$55,000•$70,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM•4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Perform qualitative and quantitative chemical testing, titrations, and chemical bath monitoring for anodizing and plating operations. Operate laboratory validation equipment, compile experimental data, and verify that processing variables conform to industrial parameters. Prepare laboratory reagents, calibrate testing instrumentation, and audit safety protocols. Mentor junior lab personnel and log chemical logs for aerospace and client audits.
