Onsite Job Summary:

Perform quality testing and laboratory analysis of production samples, maintain accurate records, support R&D/production activities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sample testing, analysis, and quality inspections. Perform tests including hardness, SEM, ICP, SSA, XRD, TGA, FTIR, pH, and particle-size analysis. Record, chart, and report test results accurately. Maintain lab equipment, perform calibration, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance. Support R&D, manufacturing, audits, and special testing projects. Maintain organized lab records, samples, supplies, and work areas. Follow OSHA, plant safety, and 5S procedures.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required; technical or college lab experience preferred. 1-2 years of laboratory or quality testing experience is ideal. Knowledge of chemical handling and laboratory procedures. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to graph data. Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a plant/lab environment.
