A Medical Laboratory Technician helps with the performance of laboratory tests in toxicology, chemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology laboratories, which provide information for medical patient diagnosis and treatment. Sets up, operates, and maintains laboratory equipment, makes observations, and calculates and records results; receives, types, tests, and records blood bank inventories.

Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesWork independently and collaboratively in a client‑facing laboratory environmentSupport raw material evaluations and investigation studies through hands‑on laboratory tasksPrepare buffers, media, and other laboratory solutionsPerform general lab support activities, including BSC cleaning and bioreactor assemblyComplete and review laboratory documentation and logbook entries accurately and on timeEnter data into quality and compliance systems to support regulatory standardsPartner with stakeholders and managers to prioritize and coordinate laboratory support needsFollow all GMP and regulatory requirements and help maintain inspection readiness at all timeOpportunities you'll gain: Further develop your hands‑on lab experience with training and supportExposure to regulated biotech/pharma environmentsOpportunity to collaborate with scientists, operations, and quality teamsBuilds a strong foundation in GMP, documentation, and data integrityQualificationsHigh School Diploma - Associate's Degree preferredMust have laboratory operations experienceAvailability to work full time, first shift, on a long-term basisStrong Computer and Organizational skillscGMP experience is desirable.
Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi-taskCan balance multiple assignments and perform tasks within appropriate timeframes while maintaining accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
