Job DescriptionPerforming analytical testing using instrumentation including, but not limited to, Cell Culture, pH, Conductivity, Bioreactors, Autoclave; may use analytical methods including, but not limited to, Statistically analyzing large data sets and drafting technical reports to support commercial filings; participating in investigations; documenting test results in notebooks and reports.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesApplies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriateApplies to the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibilityMeets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaborationRegular attendance and punctualityConduct routine analytical testing with good dexterity, good laboratory techniques, and high degree of accuracy and precisionDocument test parameters, observations, deviations, and results clearly and completelyUnderstand and perform calculations as required by test methodsUnderstand and utilize computers for information access, calculations, and report preparationRead and understand analytical procedures (compendia and client supplied) and internal SOPsPrepare reagents, samples, and standards according to proceduresParticipate in conducting investigations when assignedPerform laboratory maintenance and housekeeping as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related Life Sciences field.
Ability to perform laboratory tasks requiring manual dexterity and precision.
Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and analytical testing.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to safety and quality.
Additional InformationPosition is full-time, schedule is first-shift, Monday-Friday 8AM-430PM. Pay range: $22.50 - $25.00
