$18.00/hour Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team in Brecksville, OH. Key Responsibilities Perform routine laboratory testing and analysis following established procedures Prepare samples, solutions, and lab equipment for daily testing Accurately document test results and maintain detailed records Operate and maintain laboratory equipment safely and efficiently Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards Assist with troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment or process issues Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred Previous laboratory or manufacturing experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation Why Apply?
