Test Lab Technician

Job Responsibilities Perform product and material testing using Instron, Environmental Chambers, Weatherometer, and other lab equipment. Use of Precision Measurement Equipment including Micrometer, Height Gage, Specific Gravity Testing, Caliper, & Hardness Testing, and other lab measurement equipment. Reviewing customer specifications and drawings. Generating test reports. Working with other divisions to report and resolve testing and product performance issues. Qualifications Ability to learn, review and understand customers drawing and specifications. Basic mechanical abilities to use test lab equipment and hand tools. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office. Blue print reading experience. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated communication and professional skills.

Preferred:

Test lab experience either while in school or on the job. Must be able to work overtime when necessary.
