Job Description

FieldBridge Energy seeks a Strasburg, OH based Laboratory Technician to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. Get weekly pay + Benefits.
Payrate/Schedule:
$18 to $22/hr depending on experience. 12 hours shift, rotation 7 days on - 3 days off, 7 nights on - 4 days off. At $20/hr and 65 hours per week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of up to $1,630 gross .
Job Overview:
The Laboratory Technician performs quality assurance tests on company products, prepares lab reports, provides technical support in fluid design, and ensures proper lab operations. This role includes mentoring staff, maintaining safety standards, and supporting internal and external client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality assurance tests and prepare laboratory reports. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety, quality, and IT standards. Select and design fluids and additives, offering process improvement recommendations. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and manage lab waste disposal. Prepare client presentations and provide technical support. Supervise and mentor junior lab personnel. Perform audits and ensure lab meets operational standards. Collaborate with client support labs, product centers, and internal teams. Participate in district HSE and quality initiatives. Identify and address safety hazards promptly.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required; degree not necessary. Previous laboratory or technical experience preferred. " VEVRAA Federal Contractor - priority referral of Protected Veterans requested.
