We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support daily testing and laboratory operations. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, quality control, production, industrial laboratories, or other hands-on technical environments are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Prepare, label, organize, and process laboratory samples. Perform routine laboratory testing following established procedures and work instructions. Accurately record testing results and maintain organized documentation. Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment and work areas. Perform quality checks to help ensure accurate and reliable results. Identify and report testing discrepancies, unusual results, or equipment concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment. Monitor laboratory supplies and communicate when materials need to be replenished. Follow established safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Work closely with laboratory and production teams to support daily operations. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Previous laboratory, manufacturing, quality control, production, or technical experience preferred. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions. Comfortable performing hands-on and repetitive tasks. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Strong reliability and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 35 pounds.
