Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team in Akron, Ohio. This position is responsible for supporting laboratory operations, conducting routine testing, and ensuring accuracy and quality in all processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures following established protocols Accurately record and document test results and observations Prepare samples and maintain proper labeling and tracking Operate and maintain laboratory equipment Follow all safety guidelines and regulatory standards Assist with quality control and ensure compliance with company standards Maintain a clean and organized lab environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree in a science-related field preferred) Previous lab or manufacturing experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
