Contract About the Opportunity We are seeking a Research & Development Contractor to support a Product Superiority team focused on Antiperspirant/Deodorant (APDO) products. In this role, you will partner closely with R D scientists and technical leaders to execute experiments, generate insights from data, support technical projects, and contribute to the development of best-in-class personal care products used by millions of consumers. Accurately document experimental procedures, observations, and results. Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from technical and consumer studies. Support technical problem-solving activities and product improvement initiatives. Assist with prioritization and execution of development tasks to ensure project timelines are met. Utilize internal systems and databases to manage experimental data, project documentation, and reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with R D teams and stakeholders to drive product performance and consumer satisfaction. Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and laboratory safety. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Biology, Consumer Science, Food Science, or a related scientific discipline. Experience working in a laboratory, research, product development, or technical environment. Ability to execute procedures against established protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills. Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including: Excel Word PowerPoint Required Skills Ability to execute procedures against established protocols or SOPs. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Data analysis and technical troubleshooting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
