Job Description
Pay- $19.50 Summary Perform skilled laboratory testing and analysis to support product safety, quality, and development. Ensure data integrity and provide insights that inform product performance and support continuous improvement initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills required to collaborate effectively across departments. Role and Responsibilities Execute and interpret candle performance and safety testing in accordance with laboratory standards and customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results. Collect, review, and analyze lab data, applying sound judgment to resolve any issues before submitting for review. Identify issues related to equipment, processes, materials, and safety; apply problem-solving skills to support and/or recommend effective corrective actions. Measure items such as candle emissions, wax temperature, or material flash point using specialized laboratory instrumentation and perform mathematical calculations for analysis and reporting. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance testing methods, efficiency, and data quality, while ensuring compliance with safety or regulatory standards. Contribute to the optimization of laboratory test methods and support training efforts as needed.
