Lab Technician - New Albany At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Lab Technician to work with a leading company in New Albany. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and experience in quality-focused production environments. Shift Patterns This is a second shift position Monday through Friday 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm Pay Rates 18.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements for Lab Technician Experience following work instructions to create a product Ability to measure materials, weigh ingredients, and calculate ratios Proficiency in color matching, visual inspections, and verifying products meet customer specifications Experience with quality checks, inspections, and product testing Ability to document production, testing, or quality results Ability to manage multiple priorities at work Desirable Requirements for Lab Technician Previous experience in a laboratory, R&D, quality, or sample-making environment Strong eye for color and experience working with paints, coatings, inks, cosmetics, candles, or food products where color accuracy is important Role for Lab Technician Execute precise measurements and ingredient weighing according to established formulas Perform color matching and visual quality inspections to ensure customer specifications are met Conduct thorough product testing and quality checks throughout the production process Maintain accurate documentation of all production and quality results Benefits for Lab Technician Opportunity to work in a professional laboratory environment Stable second shift schedule with consistent hours Competitive hourly compensation
