Onsite Job Description Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus Experience
Required:
Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience operating and maintaining automated equipment- Additional experience in manufacturing, operations, production or related field a plus
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a production environment Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electronics testing
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot automated equipment
- Ability to analyze and interpret electrical, mechanical, and software technical data
- Strong mechanical proficiency
- High attention to detail and quality
- Advanced systematic problem-solving skills (product documentation, flowcharts, drawings)
- Ability to take initiative, demonstrate sound judgment, and operate with a high level of ownership
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Effective at guiding and supporting less experienced team members in a collaborative manner
- Flexibility toward changes, with a positive and proactive work attitude Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment under various temperature conditions
