Job Description
Lab Compounder Sharonville, OH | 7AM-3:30PM M-F | $21-$22/hr. | Growth Potential We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail oriented Samples Lab Compounder to support our R D and Quality teams in a fast-paced laboratory environment. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, compounding and distributing raw materials and flavor samples in a fast-paced lab environment. Experience You'll bring High school diploma or equivalent required. Have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a lab, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with basic computer systems and navigation abilities (MS Office, inventory software). Be adaptable at working efficiently in a fast-paced setting while handling multiple tasks. What You'll do Receive, label, compound, and store raw materials and incoming samples. Pick, prepare, and package flavor samples based on request specifications. Maintain precise inventory records and support proper stock rotation. Keep the samples lab and storage areas clean, safe, and well-organized. Collaborate closely with R D, Quality, and Production teams to ensure timely sample fulfillment. Follows all safety, sanitation, and quality control protocols when handling materials.
