$18.50 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Lab Technician to support sample receiving, data entry, inventory tracking, and laboratory operations. This role combines administrative, inventory, and hands-on responsibilities to ensure materials and samples are accurately received, documented, processed, and prepared according to laboratory quality standards. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience Requirements Previous data entry experience preferred Experience in a laboratory, receiving, inventory, quality control, or production environment is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer proficiency and experience entering data into databases or tracking systems Job Duties Receive incoming samples, materials, and laboratory shipments Verify received items against documentation and testing requests Accurately enter sample and inventory information into laboratory databases Inspect materials and samples for damage, discrepancies, or identification issues Label, organize, and prepare samples for processing and testing Maintain accurate receiving, inventory, and chain-of-custody records Assemble and prepare laboratory materials according to established procedures Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment Prepare completed orders, samples, or materials for shipment and distribution Follow laboratory safety, quality assurance, and standard operating procedures Report discrepancies, non-conforming items, or issues to supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory work area Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Frequent use of computers and data entry systems Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
