M-F, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (flexible), 100% on-site
Pay Rate:
$21.25/Hour Provide hands-on laboratory support services to maintain safe, compliant, and efficient lab environments. Perform autoclaving, glasswashing, buffer and media preparation, PPE restocking, waste handling, and basic equipment upkeep. Support lab safety and compliance by managing chemical and biological waste and conducting routine inspections of eyewash stations and safety showers. Assist with equipment upkeep, basic preventative maintenance, and service coordination with internal teams and external vendors. Maintain accurate records and support inventory, supplies, and stock levels. High school diploma or equivalent with hands-on experience in laboratory, safety, facilities, or general workplace support. Good organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, work with vendors, and maintain clear records. Proficiency with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and ticketing systems; comfortable working in an on-site, customer-facing environment. Ability to routinely lift up to 15 lbs., occasionally lift up to 50 lbs., and stand/move throughout the workday. Basic laboratory bench skills, laboratory experience, and familiarity with lab safety and biological material handling are a plus.
