Quality Control Assistant Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $16.25 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm) Perform quality inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process Create Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs) and maintain all required documentation Review and approve Certificates of Analysis (COAs), MSDS/SDS, and release drums for shipment Support raw material sampling, testing, and incoming shipment inspection Conduct weekly internal audits (clean room, wet room, warehouse) and water testing Assist with label revisions, reference sheets, FTIR forms, and documentation updates Investigate non-conformances and out-of-specification issues with the QU Manager Log commercial sales, returns, and COA tracking Provide customer service backup (phone, email, and web inquiries) Communicate effectively with Production, Operations, and Customer Service teams Participate in the Safety Committee

Quality Control Assistant Qualifications:

Experience with FDA and cGMP regulations (preferred) Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25lbs as needed Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment •A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
