In this energetic position, you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements, performing rigorous quality inspections, and supporting the implementation of quality systems that uphold industry regulations. Your expertise will help maintain product integrity, meet regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement in our production environment. This is an exciting opportunity for detail-oriented professionals passionate about quality assurance and manufacturing excellence. Duties Perform dimensional measurements using precision measuring instruments such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards including ISO 9001, GMP, and FDA regulations. Utilize calibration procedures to maintain measurement accuracy across all measuring instruments and ensure compliance with calibration schedules. Lead or participate in quality audits and internal assessments to identify areas for process improvement and ensure regulatory/legal compliance standards are met. Collect, analyze, and document data related to quality metrics; prepare detailed reports for management review. Support manufacturing teams by providing technical guidance on quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for quality assurance within production environments. Coordinate management of
ISO 9001
program Qualifications Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001), and GMP requirements. Proficiency in using measurement tools such as height gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), vision inspection systems, and other precision measurement instruments. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and perform root cause analysis for quality issues. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing quality management systems aligned with ISO standards. Basic math skills for measurements calculations and data analysis; familiarity with calibration procedures is a plus. Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and document findings clearly.
