Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Technician to join our dynamic research and development team. In this vital role, you will perform precise laboratory testing, ensure compliance with industry standards, and uphold the integrity of our scientific processes. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the highest quality standards in our laboratory operations, supporting product development, and ensuring regulatory adherence. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using advanced laboratory techniques and instruments. Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records in accordance with laboratory standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring traceability and compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Perform microbiological analyses, including sterile techniques and microbial testing, to verify product safety and stability. Utilize molecular biology techniques such as
