Job Description
Benson's Lawn & Landscaping is looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team immediately. This position focuses on landscape installation and property improvement projects for residential and commercial properties. Previous Landscaping experience of 1 year or more is required. Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation projects including planting, mulch, rock, edging, rock walls, and bed preparation Install landscape materials such as decorative rock, mulch, edging, and plants Assist with grading, soil preparation, and site cleanup Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently Maintain clean and organized job sites Work with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule Follow company safety procedures and maintain quality standards Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Valid driver's license is required Landscaping experience is required Timely completion of job sites and paperwork are necessary. Valid driver's license is required.
