We're looking for an experienced Landscape & Outdoor Services Sales Representative who is passionate about helping customers improve their outdoor spaces. This position offers the opportunity to sell a wide range of services, including landscape design and installation, lawn maintenance programs, fertilization and weed control programs, irrigation services, landscape bed maintenance, and seasonal services. What You'll Do Meet with residential and commercial clients to discuss their outdoor project goals. Design and sell custom landscape installation projects. Sell recurring lawn maintenance, fertilization and weed control, irrigation, landscape bed maintenance, and seasonal services. Prepare accurate, detailed estimates and proposals. Follow up on all estimates and sales opportunities using our CRM system. Manage projects from sale through completion to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to order materials. Work closely with installation and maintenance crews to ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards. Conduct final walkthroughs and follow up with customers after project completion. Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. Assist with snow removal operations and continue sales efforts throughout the winter months. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Multiple years of experience in landscape sales, design, and installation. Strong knowledge of landscape construction, hardscapes, plant materials, grading, drainage, and installation practices. Experience selling landscape maintenance or lawn care services is a plus. Excellent sales, communication, and relationship-building skills. The ability to work independently while managing multiple projects. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. A strong memory and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
