QUALITY CONTROL LAB TECHNICIAN ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
: Cross Cuts of Electronic Parts (cutting, sanding, polishing, and microscope usage). Inspection of Sub Materials. Blueprint Reading and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances. Proficient with Vision System measurements. Performs routine visual inspection on product. Utilizes measuring devices to check quality of product. Completes various quality reports daily. Takes action as required by policy, procedure and training. Maintains a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies. Confers with other associates and the chain of command as necessary to identify and resolve problems. Performs other duties as assigned by chain of command. May be required to lift, reach and pull items up to 33 pounds. Proficient with Excel and strong computer skills. Ability to work overtime on short notice.
QUALIFICATIONS
Stable work history Ability to perform at fast pace while maintaining safety and quality Ability to use fine motor skills Ability to lift, reach and pull items up to 33 pounds 2 year technical degree or QC related equivalent experience
