Applicants must have either an associate degree in a relevant scientific field OR previous experience working as a lab assistant. Training is provided. No previous work experience is required for applicants with a qualifying degre e.

You will:

Prepare, label, and organize samples of ingredients, in-process materials, and finished products. Perform routine laboratory testing according to established procedures. Record test results accurately and maintain organized laboratory records. Learn to operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment. Report unusual results or quality concerns to the Quality Control supervisor. Keep laboratory work areas clean and organized. Follow laboratory safety, sanitation, and quality procedures. We're looking for someone who: Has an associate degree in chemistry, biology, microbiology, laboratory science, or a related field OR previous experience as a lab assistant. Pays close attention to details and follows written instructions. Is comfortable with basic math, measurements, and computer data entry. Is dependable, organized, and willing to ask questions. Enjoys learning and working as part of a team. You'll receive hands-on training and work alongside our Quality Control team as you develop your skills.
