Titan Tire / Tennessee Custom Mixing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lab Technician Associate to support quality assurance and production operations. This role is responsible for testing, measuring, and verifying rubber compounds to ensure products meet required specifications before release. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, quality, and efficiency while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
