Shifts:

1st and 2nd shifts, 12 hour rotating shifts 7am-7pm And 7pm -7am. Must have experience with Calipers and Micrometers.

Essential Duties:

Operate laboratory analytical equipment including ICP, LECO, XRF, XRD, SEM, optical microscopes, dimensional analysis, and magnetometry Review, document, and record analytical results in LIMS/database systems Support development, validation, and rollout of testing methods under the Technology team Maintain, troubleshoot, and support laboratory instrumentation Assist with chemical inventory tracking and management Perform routine lab housekeeping and inspections Conduct statistical quality analysis (SQC) on production and test data Participate in Gage R&R and measurement system studies Support Kaizen events, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement programs Follow all laboratory safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Participate in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR)

Basic Qualifications:

Experience or aptitude in chemical testing techniques and laboratory instrumentation Strong computer skills with data entry and analytical reporting experience
