Job Description
Job DescriptionResponsible for the management of test materials, staff scheduling and study document archiving. There is a requirement to collaborate with members of the Clinic department in an effective manner to complete assigned tasks. Interpersonal skills are required in order to adequately train other employees to departmental processes and communicate with clients with regards to associated test materials.
Test Material Management
- oversees the receipt, storage & disposition of all study test materialsStaff Scheduling
- assigns weekly clinic duties in accordance with training documentation and employee availabilityStudy Archiving
- oversees the archiving process of study documentation for completed studiesEquipment Maintenance
- assists the Training & Technical Specialist with equipment calibration & transfer requestsTraining
- trains employees on processes owned by the Clinical Research SpecialistOther duties or tasks assigned by managerQualificationsBachelor's Degree or 2 years of clinical research experienceAbility to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
