Job Summary Seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for a contract position in Brewster, WA. The MLT will perform laboratory testing across chemistry, hematology, microbiology, blood bank, serology, and urinalysis while ensuring accurate results and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities Perform laboratory testing in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, blood bank, serology, and urinalysis. Collect and process patient specimens, including venipuncture and capillary draws. Operate, calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment. Analyze and evaluate laboratory results for accuracy. Perform quality control and quality assurance procedures. Prepare and analyze blood, tissue, and other biological specimens. Perform blood typing and compatibility testing as needed. Maintain laboratory supplies and monitor consumables. Enter and record laboratory data using computer systems. Perform specimen collection for patients of all age groups. Follow laboratory policies, procedures, and safety standards. Requirements Active Washington State MA-P License required. Active Phlebotomist License required. 2+ years of laboratory experience required. ASCP, AMT, NCA, or HEW certification. Experience in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, microbiology, blood bank, and urinalysis. Must be comfortable with a Monday-Thursday schedule, 8:00 AM-7:30 PM. 40 guaranteed hours/week.

Pay:

$2,200.00 - $2,216.00 per week
