Job Description

Schedule:
6PM-6AM | 4 day on/4 days off
Location:
Cambria, WI Compensation:
$22-$26 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Premium:
+$3.00/hour |
Extra PTO:

As a Night Shift Food Quality Technician , you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of products that feed families and support industries worldwide. What You'll Do Perform routine testing and inspections to guarantee product quality and safety. Accurately record and analyze data using computer systems. Maintain a clean, food-safe work environment by following established procedures. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and keep operations running smoothly. Collaborate with a team committed to precision and continuous improvement. Physical testing + production quality checks (no chemistry or advanced lab experience required)! What You Bring A strong work history and proven reliability. Sharp attention to detail and a passion for quality. Comfort working in regulated or food-safe environments. Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency. A team-first mindset and desire for professional growth. (Experience in lab testing, food production, or quality assurance is a plus—but not required. We'll train the right candidates!)
