What You'll Do Perform routine testing and inspections to guarantee product quality and safety. Accurately record and analyze data using computer systems. Maintain a clean, food-safe work environment by following established procedures. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and keep operations running smoothly. Collaborate with a team committed to precision and continuous improvement. Physical testing + production quality checks (no chemistry or advanced lab experience required)! What You Bring A strong work history and proven reliability. Sharp attention to detail and a passion for quality. Comfort working in regulated or food-safe environments. Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency. A team-first mindset and desire for professional growth. (Experience in lab testing, food production, or quality assurance is a plus—but not required. We'll train the right candidates!)
