Industrial Loadout Equipment Specialist (Food-Grade)

$25-$30 per hour, DOE Make an impact from the cab Help power precision in food production by moving railcars and trailers, loading finished products, and keeping equipment mission-ready. If you thrive with big machines and bigger responsibility, this role is for you. What you will handle Heavy equipment: locomotives, yard trucks, and related machinery. Rail and truck loadouts for high-quality food products. Rail yard switching with conductor/grounds support. Your responsibilities Operate and inspect equipment to ensure safe, consistent performance. Hit shipment timelines by coordinating truck and rail loadouts. Perform conductor/grounds tasks to support rail movements. Keep assets clean, maintained, and staged for the next job. Use scheduling and maintenance tech to document work. Follow food safety and workplace safety standards at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; technical schooling a plus. Experience with locomotives or yard trucks preferred. Background in manufacturing or food-safe operations is beneficial. Strong problem-solving; able to work independently and as a teammate. Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn. Physical and environmental requirements Work in noisy, dusty, hot, and cold conditions. Lift up to 50 lbs; climb stairs and ladders. Perform tasks at heights above 20 feet and in confined spaces. Communicate via 2-way radio; adhere to safety procedures.
