Role Highlights:

    36 hour work week
  • Various Shifts Available (3rd or Weekend Days/Nights)

What You'll Do:
  • Receive, log, and process incoming laboratory specimens with a high level of accuracy
  • Follow proper identification procedures to ensure all patient data matches sample records
  • Handle and dispose of laboratory specimens according to strict safety protocols and universal precautions
  • Manage specimen storage, organize inventory, and perform basic maintenance on lab equipment
  • Keep your workspace clean and safe by transporting processing waste to designated disposal areas
What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a laboratory setting is required
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
