$1,520.00 Our client is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting. The LPN will provide patient care within their scope of practice, support clinic operations, and work collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure safe, respectful, and culturally appropriate care for patients of all ages.Key Responsibilities:
Provide quality nursing care while maintaining patient rights, dignity, and safety. Provide care to patients ranging from birth through elderly populations. Assist with room stocking, checklists, and ordering medical supplies as needed. Screen phone calls and assist mid-level providers in the clinic as needed. Apply age-specific and culturally appropriate considerations when providing care. Work collaboratively with Health Aides, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and support patient care activitiesQualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN programRequired Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience- Required (new graduates accepted per position description) Active Alaska LPN license
- Required BLS/CPR certification
- Required Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification
