Job Description
Care That Makes a Real Difference — Every Shift If you like being right there with your residents — knowing their routines, catching when something's off, and being the one they trust — a skilled nursing facility is where that shows up every day. We're looking for an LPN who wants that kind of hands-on work and a team that supports you while you do it. What You'll Do Provide direct care to residents and keep a close eye on how they're doing. Give medications and treatments safely and on time. Monitor residents for changes and report them to the RN and physician. Help carry out and update care plans. Guide and support your CNAs — you help set the pace for the shift. Keep your documentation accurate and complete. Be a calm, friendly point of contact for residents and their families. Follow good infection control practices and help keep the unit survey-ready. What You Bring A current, active LPN license in Alabama. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but we'll consider new grads with the right attitude. A solid handle on medication administration and good clinical documentation. Patience, clear communication, and the kind of steadiness that holds up on a busy day. Current CPR certification. What You Get From Us Pay that reflects your experience. Full benefits — health, dental, and vision. Paid time off and retirement plan options. Shift options and real chances to grow.
