Position Summary | Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) As an LPN at Springdale Health and Rehabilitation, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to our residents while working alongside RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other members of our interdisciplinary care team. Qualifications Current and valid LPN license Strong clinical and medication administration skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care BLS/CPR certification required Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor, document, and report changes in residents' conditions Provide direct nursing care and assist residents as needed Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized plans of care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide education and support to residents and their families Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards Why Cordova?
