Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, referrals and health history documentation. Administer medications, injections and other treatments following established protocols and physician orders. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. E-clinical works EHR experience is a plus. Knowledge of ICD coding (ICD-10), medical terminology.
