Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Medical Assistant to join our family practice team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care, assist with medical procedures, and support clinical operations across various healthcare settings. Your expertise will help ensure patients receive attentive, efficient, and respectful care while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through hands-on care and professional collaboration. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, referrals and health history documentation. Administer medications, injections and other treatments following established protocols and physician orders. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. E-clinical works EHR experience is a plus. Knowledge of ICD coding (ICD-10), medical terminology.
